Generalized Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder and Phobias

We will explore the current stressors that are triggering anxiety, find the negative beliefs that underlie them and replace them with positive, accurate beliefs instead.

Simple relaxation methods, usually involving breathing, allow clients to gain control of their anxiety in the situation.

The use of newer "power" therapies in the office will allow you to locate the earlier life experiences that contribute to present reactions. We will then reprocess those memories, so allowing you to approach life with more confidence, clarity and calm. EMDR is typically the most thorough and effective, but we may use TFT and healing visualizations as well.

Clients feel more free and relaxed, choosing from a broader array of options in life to accomplish what they really want.
